Job Title: Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer)

Locations: NCR | Gurugram

Experience: 2 to 15 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Billing Engineers / Quantity Surveyors to manage client billing, quantity estimation, subcontractor billing, cost control, and project forecasting for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly client invoices as per contract terms and process subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and estimate project costs.
- Track, record, and prepare variation claims arising from design or specification changes.
- Support project cash flow planning and forecasting activities.
- Implement project costing, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage the complete subcontract billing and payment cycle.
- Verify quantities with actual site measurements and maintain billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with project, planning,



and site teams for timely bill certification and cost monitoring.

Required Skills: Client Billing, Quantity Surveying, BOQ Preparation, Quantity Take-Off, Subcontractor Billing, Cost Estimation, Cost Control, Variation Claims, Cash Flow Forecasting, Rate Analysis, Contract Management, Costing & Forecasting, Site Measurement Verification, and MS Excel.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
