Role Description

✓ Prepare client bills, RA bills, and subcontractor bills accurately and on time

✓ Verify quantities based on drawings, BOQ, and site measurements

✓ Coordinate with project, planning, and site teams for billing updates

✓ Track project costs and support cost control activities





✓ Prepare quantity take-offs and material reconciliation reports

✓ Ensure proper documentation for billing and payment processes

✓ Assist in variation claims and extra item billing

✓ Maintain billing records, reports, and project documentation
