? We’re Hiring | Quick Commerce Logistics Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Logistics Operations Executive to join our team and manage day-to-day logistics operations across leading platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and other quick commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations across Quick Commerce platforms.
- Handle warehouse appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain and regularly update PO, dispatch, appointment, stock, and logistics trackers.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, warehouses, and platform teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Track vehicle movement, dispatches, deliveries, appointments, and pending shipments.
- Monitor stock availability across Quick Commerce portals and coordinate with warehouses for timely replenishment.
- Plan dispatches based on PO requirements, stock availability, appointment dates, and platform TATs.
- Follow up with warehouses for picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
- Resolve operational issues related to pending deliveries, GRNs, shortages, rejected shipments, and other logistics challenges.




- Ensure smooth daily operations and timely closure of all pending issues.

What We're Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or BigBasket is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and operational tracking.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Quick Commerce appointment management and logistics operations will be preferred.
