Role: Quantity Surveyor (Pre & Post Sales Support)





- Working knowledge of Acad.
- Cost Estimation and Planning: Preparing detailed cost estimates for interior fitout projects - including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and managing project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within the financial parameters.
- Cost Control: Tracking ongoing costs and managing cost variations as the project progresses.
- Valuation of Work Done: Assessing the value of work completed for payment purposes, preparing payment claims, and ensuring contractors are paid according to agreed milestones.
- Dispute Resolution: Assisting in resolving contractual disputes, including dealing with claims for additional payment or project delays.
- ⁠Procurement and Supplier Management: Sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and equipment at the right time and price.
