Role & responsibilities

- Ensuring governance of Quality and Food Safety in 3 P operation.
- Ensuring the Quality Protocols of RMPM, FG and in-line operations.
- Ensuring Quality Score (Product, Packaging and Sensory Score) must be within the defined specs.
- Conducting gap analysis of GMPs/FSMS/HACCP requirements.
- Regular review of records and documents to ensure Quality and Food safety.
- Conducting FIFO/FEFO Compliance audit.
- Implementation of CAPAs against customer complaints and non-conformities.
- Ensuring timely closure of NCs observed in internal/external auditor by regular follow up with all stakeholders
