Role & responsibilities

- Monitor and improve Process PPM, Customer PPM, COPQ, and rejection trends.

- Lead root cause analysis using 8D, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, and implement effective CAPA.

- Ensure timely closure and verification of corrective and preventive actions.

- Develop and implement error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) initiatives.

- Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for Customer, ISO, and IATF audits.

- Monitor inspection systems, measurement systems, and process capability.

- Review quality KPIs and initiate preventive improvement actions.

- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects.

- Coordinate quality planning for current products and process changes.





- Support equipment qualification and process validation activities. Promote EHS compliance and quality culture within the organization.

- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to achieve quality objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma concepts.

- Ensuring completion of and update of all relevant records during his/her daily tenure.

- Implementation of all planned and scheduled activities .

- Reporting to senior about numerical and other data during his shift/tenure.
