We are looking for a Quick Commerce Executive to support daily operations and coordination for our online business. The candidate will be responsible for managing platform-related activities, inventory coordination, reporting, and communication with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day quick commerce operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and order-related activities.
- Monitor product listings, stock availability, pricing, and basic catalogue information.
- Track orders, sales, and operational updates.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve platform and order-related issues.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams.
- Follow up on pending operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support promotional and platform-related activities when required.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, marketplace, or retail operations.
- Basic understanding of online marketplace operations.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Graduate in any discipline.
