Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in API 6D valve manufacturing & quality
- In-depth knowledge of API 6D, API Monogram & API Q1
- Experience with ASME B16.34, B16.5, B16.10, API 598, API 607, API 6FA, ISO 5208
- Robust knowledge of valve inspection, pressure testing, NDT/NDE and dimensional inspection
- Experience in NCR, RCA, CAPA and customer complaint handling
- Experience preparing/reviewing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Strong understanding of material traceability, welding/weld repair and heat treatment controls
- Proven experience representing Quality during API, customer and third-party audits
- Ability to lead QMS implementation, internal audits and continuous quality improvement
- Experience with supplier quality, supplier audits and supplier performance monitoring
- Strong knowledge of valve assembly, testing and manufacturing processes
