Position: Quality Manager

Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Location: Sahibabad

Industry Preference: OEM / Manufacturing Industry

Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹56,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Quality Manager for our OEM manufacturing setup. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Quality Systems, Customer Handling, Process Improvement, and Production Quality Management. Candidate from Mechanical or Electronics background can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Handle customer complaints and ensure proper corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor in-process quality, final inspection, and supplier quality activities.

Maintain quality standards as per OEM/customer requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for quality improvement.

Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.

Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies.

Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

Manage quality team and provide training related to quality procedures.





Required Skills

Good knowledge of Quality Tools like 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 8D, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.

Experience in handling OEM customers and audit requirements.

Strong understanding of quality documentation and process control.

Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF standards will be preferred.

Good communication and team handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Reports, Documentation).

Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

Additional certification in Quality Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

5–7 years of relevant experience in OEM / Manufacturing Industry.

Experience in Automotive, Electronics, or Industrial Manufacturing preferred.
