About the H125 Program

Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) is establishing the H125 helicopter Final Assembly Line (FAL) in India, supporting the manufacture and assembly of Airbus H125 helicopters. The program offers an opportunity to work in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing setting with stringent standards for quality, safety, traceability and airworthiness.

Role – Quality Inspector

We are looking for experienced Quality Inspectors to support the H125 helicopter program.



The role will be responsible for shop-floor inspection and quality verification of aircraft components, assemblies and manufacturing processes in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of aircraft parts and assemblies.
- Inspect mechanical/electrical assemblies, structures and installation workmanship, as applicable to the assigned area.
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions and inspection plans.
- Perform dimensional/visual inspections and ensure proper use of measuring and inspection instruments.
- Support FAI, NCR/non-conformance management, corrective actions and quality documentation.
- Ensure product traceability, configuration compliance and inspection records are maintained.
- Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to ensure right-first-time quality.

Preferred Profile: Diploma / Engineering qualification with relevant experience in Aerospace/Aircraft Manufacturing Quality or Inspection. Exposure to AS9100, AS9102/FAI, GD&T;, aircraft assembly and aerospace quality requirements will be preferred. Experience: 3–8 years in Aerospace/Aircraft Manufacturing Quality Inspection.
