SKILL SET / KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

Conduct incoming inspection of mechanical parts such as machined, casted, sheet metal, plastic, rubber, and assembly components.

Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T; requirements.

Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using measuring instruments.

Handle inspection equipment such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauges, VMS and Profile Projector.

Verify supplier documents including COC, COA, Material Test Certificates, Coating Reports, and PPAP documents.

SAP QM Module.

Maintain inspection records and prepare incoming quality reports/Manual Quality Plan.

Create, track, and follow up on CAPA.





Raise and review 8D reports for supplier quality issues and ensure timely closure.

Coordinate with Supplier Quality, Sourcing, Stores, and Manufacturing teams for non-conforming material disposition.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.

Support containment actions and implementation of corrective actions for supplier defects.

Review packing standards and incoming material identification requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
