Department: QC

Purpose of Job: Marble Block , slabs & Incoming consumables Inspection

Principal Accountabilities:

- Inspection of incoming Marble Blocks as per checklist.
- Inspection of Sawn slabs for thickness and warpage.
- Inspection of resin line final quality for, Filling, color matching and visual surface of filled slabs.
- Inspection of polish line final quality for, Filling, color matching, Gloss of polishing surface and visual surface of Polished slabs.
- Final inspections of cut to size material for size, Filling, color matching, Gloss of polishing surface and visual surface of slabs.
- Pre inspection of daily dispatch material.
- Inspection of incoming consumables as per the define parameters.




- Feedback with Team Production & sales for further improvements in quality.
- To attend customer complaint.

Qualifications & Experience Required: Graduation, 5 to 6 years of experience in marble quality inspections.
