Inspect and approve incoming materials per specification Monitor quality at each production stage Ensure final products meet defense and client specifications Maintain lot-wise traceability and batch records Ensure compliance with DGQA/DRDO/Defense specs Log, segregate and investigate all non-conformities Initiate and verify effectiveness of CAPA Conduct calibration of lab instruments and perform testing Maintain ISO/defence standard-compliant documentation Log, analyse and resolve complaints within timeframe Train team on quality protocols, ensure audit preparedness
