Role Description The Quality Expert – Payment Posting is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This role focuses on monitoring and validating payment posting activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client and organizational standards.

The Quality

Expert will review posted payments, adjustments, and denials, identify discrepancies, and provide clear feedback and guidance to payment posting teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quality audits, analyzing error trends, recommending process improvements,



and collaborating with team leads to support training and performance enhancement. The role also involves preparing quality reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance with internal quality systems and healthcare revenue cycle requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review payment data, identify patterns, and resolve discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to audit payment posting work and verify adherence to defined standards.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills to implement and monitor quality initiatives and process improvements.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Quality System practices to maintain documentation, follow protocols, and support compliance.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and payment posting processes, including EOBs, denials, and adjustments.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and relevant billing or practice management systems.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare quality or payment posting, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as commerce, healthcare administration, or business) are preferred.
