- Focuses on preventing errors through robust workflows, documentation, and system validation
- Performs routine internal reviews and integrates preventive controls across processes and suppliers
- analyses deviations and proposes long-term solutions to improve system resilience
- Plans, conducts, and reports on internal and external audits.
- Ensures compliance with quality management systems and standards.
- Uses digital tools to streamline audit processes and track corrective actions.
- Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Apply statistical and analytical tools such as Pareto analysis, FMEA, and control charts to detect and prevent issues.
- Quality coordinators, analysts, and technicians support the QA/QC teams by collecting data, generating reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between management, staff, suppliers, and clients

Requirements
- B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

- ISO 9001:2015 certification
- 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Positive understanding of site conditions and design criteria
- Prior site experience, preferably with exposure to execution and coordination
