- 4–10 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AS400 / IBM i testing.
- Mandatory Retail Domain experience.
- Strong experience testing Retail Merchandising, Inventory, Pricing, Sales Audit, Warehouse Management, and POS applications.
- Good understanding of AS400 job monitoring, job scheduling, and spool files.
- Experience with batch processing and interface validation.
- Strong knowledge of Web Services and API testing.
- Valuable understanding of XML and JSON.
- Experience with file-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of data reconciliation and integration testing.
- Experience with production validation and production support.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar test/defect management tools.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and end-to-end retail transaction flows.
