Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure product quality, process compliance and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inspection, quality control, engineering drawings and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process and final quality inspections.
- Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Identify defects, deviations and quality issues during production.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records and documentation.
- Monitor rejection,



rework and process-related quality concerns.
- Support implementation of quality standards and SOPs.
- Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to defined procedures.
- Assist in continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure proper calibration and handling of measuring instruments.
- Promote quality awareness and maintain a strong quality culture on the shop floor.

✅ Root Cause Analysis and CAPA knowledge

✅ Knowledge of quality documentation and reporting

✅ Good coordination with production teams

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Knowledge of 5S and quality standards preferred
