We're hiring a QA Analyst who can drive quality across our mobile and web products — executing and extending our automation suite, and using AI tools to work faster, not just running existing test cases.

- Role: QA Analyst – Manual + Automation + AI

What You'll Do:

- Build and maintain our Appium mobile automation suite (Android and iOS) using TypeScript or Java.
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation, script maintenance, and coverage — generating test cases, drafting automation code, and triaging failures faster.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing throughout every sprint.
- Keep test scripts current, monitor every run, and fix breakages before they pile up.
- Report automated execution results clearly, with detailed failure analysis when something goes wrong.




- Identify test requirements from specifications, map them to test cases, and build coverage plans.
- Execute manual and automated tests as the release cycle demands.
- Create and run CI/CD pipeline jobs for test execution.
- Flag quality risks to the development team early, before they become bigger problems.
- Work closely with developers, product owners in an agile setup.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 3 to 5 years of QA experience, including 2 years of mobile automation with Appium.
- Strong hands-on experience in TypeScript or Java.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to write, debug, or maintain automation code.
- Solid understanding of mobile testing — native vs hybrid apps, and locator strategies for Android (UIAutomator2) and iOS (XCUITest).
- Experience with API and integration testing (Postman).
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid defect management and clear test documentation.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Playwright for web automation.
- Experience in healthcare or another compliance-heavy domain.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3 to 5 years in QA, with demonstrated hands-on test automation.
