- Conduct inspections of civil works including excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.

- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor workmanship and material quality throughout project execution.

- Verify compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

- Prepare and maintain Inspection Request (IR) records.

- Review and update quality control reports, checklists, and test reports.

- Maintain records of material approvals, method statements, and quality procedures.

- Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective action reports when required.





- Inspect incoming construction materials and verify compliance with project specifications.

- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding quality-related matters.

- Attend quality meetings and participate in project reviews.

- Assist in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate laboratory testing for concrete, soil, aggregates, steel, and other construction materials.

- Review test results and recommend corrective actions for non-compliant materials.
