Operating out of our advanced facility in Moradabad, we are looking for a hands-on Quality Control Manager to anchor our in-house certified laboratory, oversee complex essential oil blending, and safeguard our uncompromising global standards.

Role Overview:

- Company: Quality Mint & Allied Chemicals
- Location: D24-27 Harthala Industrial Estate, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

- Laboratory & Blending Command: Direct daily lab operations and master-manage the precision blending of pure essential oils to hit exact aromatic profiles, therapeutic grades, and pharmacopeial standards (IP/BP/USP).
- Advanced Instrumental Analysis: Leverage multiple in-house Gas Chromatography (GC) systems to perform rigorous purity, constituent profiling, and Laevo/Dextro analysis of raw and finished materials.
- Physical & Chemical Profiling: Accurately measure critical physical constants for every batch, including specific gravity, relative density, optical rotation, and refractive index.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure seamless alignment with our ISO, GMP, US-FDA, Halal,



Kosher, and IFRA standards, maintaining flawless audit trails and documentation.
- Cross-Functional R&D; Support: Collaborate with production and technical teams to maintain our industry-leading benchmark for purity and zero-defect output.

What We’re Looking For:

- Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Science or a relevant scientific discipline with proven experience in an essential oil, fragrance, flavor, or chemical lab.
- Expert, hands-on operational capability with Gas Chromatography (GC) and standard wet chemistry testing equipment.
- A meticulous, analytical mindset with a deep appreciation for natural extracts and aromatic chemistry.
