Role Overview

We are looking for an English Quality & Audit Lead to lead the quality function for our English classes. The role will involve managing the QC team, owning quality standards and KPAs, driving process improvements, and building innovative and scalable approaches to quality management.

The ideal candidate should have strong people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a high bar for quality and a robust understanding of English and teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Performance

- Lead and develop the QC team by setting clear KPAs, driving performance, and conducting regular reviews.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

1. Quality Management & Continuous Improvement

- Own and continuously improve quality standards and audit frameworks, ensuring consistency in class evaluation.
- Analyse recurring quality gaps and root causes, and drive corrective actions to continuously raise the quality bar.

1. KPA & Data Management

- Track key QC metrics including audit completion, accuracy, TAT, quality scores, consistency, and improvement trends.
- Use data and insights to identify performance gaps, prioritise interventions, and drive better decision-making.

Process Improvement & Innovation

- Simplify and standardise QC processes, audits, feedback mechanisms, and SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage technology, automation, and new methodologies to continuously improve the QC process.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Training, Curriculum, and Operations to convert QC insights into actionable improvements.
- Ensure interventions are implemented, tracked, and sustained to drive measurable improvements in teaching quality.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Quality Management, or a related field with 3–6 years of relevant experience in quality, audits, education, ed-tech, operations, or a similar environment.
- Prior team management experience with a strong understanding of English and teaching practices, along with experience in KPA management, data analysis, process improvement, and SOP creation .
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to create engaging lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.
