Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Inspector role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Quality Control

Inspector is responsible for inspecting manufactured products and components to ensure they meet defined quality standards and specifications. Daily tasks include performing visual and measurement-based inspections, documenting findings, completing quality reports, and collaborating with production teams to address defects or non-conformities. The role also involves supporting quality assurance processes, following established procedures and checklists,



and escalating issues when necessary to maintain consistent product quality. The inspector is expected to communicate clearly with colleagues, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the plant

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection, including visual checks and use of measurement tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, with the ability to follow procedures and support compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear reporting and coordination with production and engineering teams.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of manufacturing and automation processes, basic understanding of safety practices, and familiarity with technical drawings or specifications.
- Candidates should have attention to detail, the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, and good problem-solving abilities.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, along with prior experience in quality inspection or a similar role, is preferred**
