Coco Lagoon (www.greatmount.in) is strengthening its operational quality and control systems and is looking to appoint a Quality Control Associate to independently monitor, audit and report on the overall functioning of the resort.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

- Position: Quality Control, Audit & Management Reporting Associate
- Location: Coco Lagoon, Pollachi, Tamil Nadu
- Employment: Full time | On-Site
- Reporting: Management / Designated Senior Management Authority
- Experience: Hotel / Resort / Hospitality – Essential

CORE MANDATE Conduct resort-wide quality checks, operational audits, analysis and management reporting, covering all departments and functions.

The role will cover stocks & inventory, stock movement and consumption, product quality, service quality, guest experience, hygiene, SOP/process compliance, maintenance, wastage, variances, billing/documentation and overall operational efficiency. The incumbent will identify gaps, report findings and follow up on corrective actions through closure.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Hands-on hotel / resort operational experience
- Strong observation, analytical and audit skills
- Ability to conduct independent operational and quality audits




- Understanding of SOPs, controls and process compliance
- Ability to analyse stock, consumption, wastage and variances
- Strong Excel, MIS and Management Reporting skills
- Ability to prepare concise, factual and actionable reports
- Strong follow-up and corrective-action tracking
- Objective, disciplined and comfortable working across all resort departments
