We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality software.

The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting manual testing activities across web, Android, iOS, and desktop ERP applications . The role involves identifying defects, validating fixes, performing compatibility testing, and working closely with developers, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and stable releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, execute, maintain, and document detailed test cases and test scenarios .
- Perform functional, regression, UI, usability, and integration testing .
- Test Android and iOS applications across different devices and OS versions.
- Conduct web application testing across different browsers and environments.
- Test desktop ERP applications , including business workflows, data accuracy, and module integrations.
- Perform cross-platform testing across web, mobile, and desktop environments.
- Conduct cross-browser testing using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Identify, document, track, and communicate software defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Perform defect retesting and regression testing after fixes.




- Review requirements and specifications to identify potential gaps and test scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and support teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Maintain QA documentation and contribute to improving testing processes and standards.
- Ensure applications meet expected functional, usability, reliability, and quality standards before release.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field , or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of Manual Testing and QA methodologies .
- Hands-on experience in test case creation, execution, and maintenance .
- Experience testing Android and iOS mobile applications .
- Strong knowledge of web application testing , including functional and UI testing.
- Experience with desktop/ERP application testing and business workflow validation.
- Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform testing .
- Familiarity with bug/defect tracking tools .
- Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies .
- Good knowledge of SDLC and software testing life cycle (STLC) .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
