About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications throughout the relevant stages of the process.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of quality control processes, documentation, compliance, and quality standards, along with the ability to identify issues and work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks and inspections as per defined quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor products and processes to ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
- Identify quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities and report them to the concerned stakeholders.
- Assist in investigating quality-related issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality guidelines, and internal processes.
- Coordinate with production, operations, warehouse, and other relevant teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Support regular audits and inspections and ensure necessary documentation is maintained.
- Monitor and report recurring quality issues and suggest improvements to strengthen processes.




- Assist in developing and updating quality-related SOPs and checklists.
- Ensure proper handling of rejected or non-conforming products/materials as per company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, hygiene, safety, and quality across operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Nutrition, Wellness, Pharmaceuticals, or related industries will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of quality standards, SOPs, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and take proactive action.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic documentation tools.
