As a QA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything we ship works exactly as it should. You’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to test new features, catch issues before they reach customers, and continuously improve the quality and reliability of Dcluttr.
Responsibilities:
- Test new features and product releases across Dcluttr’s web and mobile applications
- Design, document, and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UI testing
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs with clear steps and expected vs. actual behaviour
- Perform API testing and validate backend functionality using tools like Postman
- Test end-to-end user flows and identify edge cases before features go live
- Work closely with developers and product managers throughout the development and release cycle
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality isn’t impacted
- Validate data accuracy across dashboards, reports, and different product modules
- Take ownership of release quality and flag potential issues before deployment
- Help build and improve QA processes,
testing frameworks, and automation as the product scales
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Software QA / Testing
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, testing methodologies, and the software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL
- (Optional) Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- (Optional) Experience testing SaaS, analytics, or data-heavy products
