- Minimum: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical or 12th + ITI in Electronics/Electrical , or equivalent.

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience , preferably in customer-facing, field operations, service or audit roles.

Other Requirements




- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers in simple language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and mobile/customer service applications.

- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct unannounced field audits and report findings accurately.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- High integrity and accountability while reporting field observations and audit findings.
- Ability to independently plan and manage a multi-stop daily field schedule .
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster .
