We are now looking for an Quality control for our factory located at Bhiwandi.

Role Description

Quality control:

· The Quality Control is responsible for examining daily incoming, in-progress, and finished products to ensure conformance with company quality standards and specifications.





· Monitoring and maintaining product quality throughout the production process and supporting the quality assurance team in ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation policies.

· Perform sensory evaluations of products. Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues.

· Check products and packaging for any quality defects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company requirements.

· Collect and analyze product samples at various stages of processing to confirm they meet the necessary quality criteria.

Testing and Analysis:

· Assist in conducting chemical, and physical testing of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products.

· Prepare and label samples for testing.

· Record and maintain test results.

· Operate laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning.

Documentation and Administration:

· Maintain quality control records and documentation.

· Update quality control procedures and policies.

· Assist in preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies.

· Perform data entry related to quality assessments in the ERP system accurately and efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
