Qualification

- B.E. (Civil).

Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercials.

Budget

- ₹8–10 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

- Verify contractor bills.

- Monitor project costs.

- Prepare cost reports.

- Evaluate variations.

- Support tendering activities.

- Ensure effective commercial control of projects.
