Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a QS - Civil/ID (Quantity Surveyor - Civil and Interior ) professional. The position is based in Delhi NCR and involves the preparation of cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of materials.

Responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, coordinating with engineering teams, preparing tenders, and ensuring accurate documentation for Civil/ID systems within the project scope.



The role requires thorough evaluation of project budgets and ensuring adherence to client requirements.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, Billing, and Tender Preparation
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing in Interiors.
- Experience with project budgeting, material take-offs, and bill of materials
- Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other project management tools for creating and reviewing detailed project documentation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is a plus
