Job Purpose The QMS Engineer will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and applicable quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain and implement IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Prepare, review, revise, and control SOPs, procedures, work instructions, formats, and quality records.
- Plan and conduct Internal Quality Audits, Process Audits, Product Audits, and Layered Process Audits (LPA).
- Coordinate IATF/ISO certification, surveillance, customer, and external audits.
- Track audit NCs, observations, OFIs, corrective actions, and closure evidence.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, and other problem-solving tools.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
- Maintain and monitor PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram, SOPs, and related core-tool documentation.




- Support APQP and PPAP preparation and submission activities.
- Monitor calibration of measuring instruments and maintain calibration records.
- Coordinate MSA and SPC activities and ensure records are maintained.
- Monitor customer complaints, internal rejection, PPM, COPQ, and quality improvement actions.
- Prepare monthly QMS MIS and Quality KPI reports.
- Conduct Management Review Meeting (MRM) preparation and follow up action points.
- Ensure effective document control and record retention as per QMS requirements.
- Conduct QMS awareness and quality-related training for employees.
- Coordinate with Production, NPD, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, PPC, and other departments for QMS compliance.
- Support supplier quality system development and supplier audits where required.
- Promote continual improvement through Kaizen, CAPA, risk-based thinking, and lessons learned.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
