Key Points for JD Quality Manager
- End-to-end quality control from greige to dyeing, processing & final inspection.
- Robust experience in dyeing/processing quality, shade matching & colour fastness.
- Lead quality team, factory audits, RCA & CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX & GOTS.
- Handle customer complaints & international client requirements.
- Monitor AQL, defects, rejection & reprocessing and drive improvements.
- Implement Lean/Six Sigma for quality improvement.
- Coordinate customer, certification & third-party audits.
Must have: Hands-on experience in textile dyeing/processing quality, preferably home textiles.
