Role & responsibilities
- Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Conduct routine QC laboratory testing as per approved specifications and standard methods.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, COA, and documentation.
- Handle laboratory instruments such as pH meter, moisture analyzer, weighing balance, titration equipment, etc.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO and company quality standards.
- Maintain laboratory hygiene, calibration records, and safety procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or a related field
- 12 years in QC laboratory, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
