- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing Center (mandatory).n
- Strong experience in Duck Creek Billing implementation.n
- Expertise in Duck Creek Billing configuration.n
- Experience in creating and managing accounts, payment plans, billing forms, invoices, and installment schedules.n
- Experience in PCN processing and commission report generation.n
- Solid understanding of direct billing and agency billing processes.n




- Ability to configure and support billing workflows and billing cycles.n
- Experience with payment processing functionalities.n
- Experience in troubleshooting, enhancing, and maintaining Duck Creek Billing applications.n
- Good understanding of integrations between Duck Creek Billing and other insurance systems.n
- Experience working in Agile development environments.n
- Sound knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain and related business processes.n
