A category-defining 0→1 and 1→10 and beyond tech leader with strong startup DNA, someone who has built and scaled complex, multi-stakeholder platforms.
nWhat You'll Do:

- Own engineering execution across select products and platformsn
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing engineering teamsn
- Own sprint planning, delivery, release management and engineering metricsn
- Partner closely with Product, Design and Business to drive architecture decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform evolutionn
- Own the reliability, performance, and availability of the platforms and services managed by your teamn
- Continuously improve system architecture, engineering processes,



and operational excellence to support business growth teams to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutionsn
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvementn

nTechnical Expectations:

- Strong software engineering fundamentals with solid system design knowledgen
- Experience building and scaling modern web applications and APIs with hands on approach wherever neededn
- AI-native development mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivityn
- Experience with our technology stack: React, React Native, Node.js, Java, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWSn
- Robust understanding of cloud infrastructure, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practicesn
- Ability to review code, mentor engineers, and make pragmatic technical decisionsn
- Comfortable balancing hands-on technical contributions with people leadershipn
