nWe’re looking for a Founding Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with high ownership across AI engineering, backend development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise deployments.

- Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, backend services & enterprise integrationsn
- Design scalable, reliable AI systemsn
- Work closely with customers and engineering teamsn
- Drive AI evaluations, performance optimization & production troubleshootingn
- Influence product and engineering decisionsn

nRequirements:

- n




- 5–9 years of software engineering experiencen
- Strong Python & backend development skillsn
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents & Agentic Workflowsn
- Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google ADK or similarn
- Robust understanding of distributed systems & system architecturen
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azuren
- Experience with Kafka, SQS or similar messaging systemsn

nGood to Have:

- Production experience with AI Agents / Voice AIn
- Startup or founding engineering experiencen
- Experience with enterprise, BFSI, Healthcare or Government deploymentsn
