- Develop scalable solutions for Amazon Connect digital channels (chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp)n
- Implementation of GenAI-driven features using Amazon Bedrock, Lex, and SageMaker to enhance customer and agent experiencesn
- Build and maintain backend services and orchestration workflows using Python, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gatewayn
- Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact featuresn
- Develop reusable frameworks and automation tools to accelerate digital migration from Genesys and LivePersonn

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldn
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a solid focus on backend development using Pythonn
- Hands-on experience in building GenAI or ML-powered applications using AWS or open-source frameworksn
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring toolsn
- Proven experience with AWS services, especially Amazon Connect, Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock, Lex, and S3n
- Solid understanding of digital customer engagement platforms and
