nRole Overview
nManage operational stability, availability, performance, governance and production support of the Salesforce platform. Drive incident resolution, release coordination, user administration, integration monitoring and continuous improvement.
nKey Responsibilities
n• L2 production support for Salesforce applications and integrations.
n• Monitor platform health, availability and performance.
n• Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA and ensure SLA adherence.
n• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets and security access.
n• Configure objects, fields, Flows, reports and dashboards.
n• Support releases, deployments, change management and post-release validation.
n• Monitor APIs, batch jobs and integrations; resolve synchronization issues.
n• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, audit compliance and access reviews.
nRequired Skills




n• 7+ years IT experience with robust Salesforce Development & Support background.
n• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, Reports & Dashboards.
n• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, data management and platform architecture.
n• Experience in Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
n• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, OAuth and enterprise integrations.
n• Familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and Salesforce DevOps tools.
nPreferred Certifications
nSalesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
nKey Competencies

nSuccess Measures
