- Configure and support:n
- Sales Order Management (SOM)n
- Inventory Managementn
- Procurement (Purchase Orders)n
- Advanced Pricingn
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processn
- Perform:System setup and configurationn
- Gap analysis and solution designn
- Functional documentation (FS, BRD)n
- Support:Data migration and system testing (UAT/SIT)n
- Go-live and post-production supportn
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrationsn
nKey Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into JD Edwards S&D; solutionsn
- Configure and support Sales Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Advanced Pricing modulesn
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order entry, fulfillment, shipment, and invoicingn
- Perform system configuration, including UDCs, AAIs, Order Activity Rules (OAR), and Branch/Plant setupn
- Conduct gap analysis and propose effective functional solutions aligned with business needsn
- Prepare functional specification documents (FS) for customizations and enhancementsn
- Coordinate with technical teams (CNC/Developers) for integrations and development work.n
