Job Description
Robust SQL and PL/SQL development skills; experience writing, tuning and
ndebugging complex queries and packages.
n Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, REST/SOAP
nweb services, and API-based integrations.
n Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud extensibility (Application Composer, Page
nComposer, Visual Builder/VBCS) and Oracle EBS customizations (APIs,
nconcurrent programs, forms/reports).
n Practical experience with data load mechanisms: FBDI, ADFdi, FTP/CSV loads,
nand ETL tools.
n Reporting and BI: BI Publisher template development, OTBI subject areas, data
nmodels and custom report design.
n Familiarity with Primavera P6 integration methods (XOG/XML, web services).
n Experience with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion
nprocesses.
n Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) fundamentals and/or on-prem
nmiddleware (WebLogic).
n Debugging, logging,



and monitoring tools experience; familiarity with Application
nPerformance Monitoring (APM) is a plus.
nDeep understanding of project accounting: budgeting, cost control, revenue
nrecognition, WIP, earned value management (EVM).
n Configuration of Project Costing, Billing, Grants/Contracts (if relevant), and
nResource Management.
n Experience with Oracle integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP
nAPIs, flat-file interfaces).
n Reporting: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View familiarity.
n Hands-on with data loads: SQL/PL-SQL basics, data templates, FBDI/CSV load
nprocesses.
n Familiarity with security model, approval workflows, and role provisioning.
n Incident / problem management experience (ServiceNow, JIRA or equivalent).
