Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Rust Developer based in Kochi. The Rust Developer will design, implement, and maintain backend services and system components using Rust, focusing on performance, reliability, and security. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable code, reviewing peer code, optimizing existing services, and troubleshooting production issues.



The role involves collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to define technical requirements, plan features, and ensure integration with existing systems. The developer will also contribute to documentation, participate in architectural discussions, and help improve development tooling and workflows. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Rust programming, including ownership, borrowing, concurrency, and memory safety concepts. Experience building backend services or system-level applications, with knowledge of APIs, microservices, or distributed systems. Familiarity with contemporary development practices such as version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Ability to analyze performance, profile applications, and optimize code for reliability and efficiency.
