Key Responsibilities

- Ensure implementation of GMP, GHP, HACCP, CCPs &
- OPRPs

across cereals, masala, and instant mix lines.

- Monitor critical controls such as sieving, magnets, metal detection, roasting/drying parameters, allergen controls, and line clearance.

- Supervise RM &

- PM sampling, testing, and release

, especially spices, grains, additives, and packaging materials.

- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs).

- Conduct IPQA checks during blending, extrusion, drying, seasoning, and packing operations.

- Support BRCGS / FSSC / customer / regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of NCs.

- Handle customer complaints related to foreign matter, taste, color variation, infestation, or packaging issues.

- Ensure finished goods release based on analytical, sensory, and microbiological compliance.

- Conduct internal audits, GMP audits, hygiene inspections, and follow-up actions.

- Deliver GMP, hygiene, and food safety training to shop-floor teams.

Qualifications &





- Experience

- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc – Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry (or equivalent).

- Experience: 4–7 years in QA/QC within cereal, spice, or instant food manufacturing.

- Prior experience in BRCGS / FSSC-certified plants is mandatory.

Skills &

- Competencies

- Strong knowledge of food safety systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.

- Hands-on experience in shop-floor IPQA and audit readiness.

- Valuable documentation, investigation, and communication skills.

- Working knowledge of ERP / Microsoft BC / Excel preferred.

Authority

- Authority to hold, reject, or release materials and finished goods.

- Authority to stop production or packing in case of food safety risk.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
