We are seeking a QA Test Lead who can drive quality across the testing lifecycle, establish best practices, and lead testing initiatives with strong ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA activities, including planning, execution, reporting, and release sign-off.
- Own quality outcomes and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Design, execute, and automate API tests.
- Plan and perform Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Load, Stress, and Scalability).
- Validate application data using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts managed through GitHub.
- Drive testing best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on testing strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams to ensure quality delivery.

Qualifications

Required Skills

- Strong experience in API Testing (Manual & Automation).
- Hands-on experience with Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
- Strong SQL and database validation skills.
- Experience managing and executing test automation scripts via GitHub.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- Experience with Performance Testing tools.
- ISTQB or relevant QA certifications.
- Experience in enterprise-scale application testing.
