Urgent Hiring: QA Project Lead Gaming Industry

We are actively hiring for a QA Project Lead for an exciting gaming project.

Role Overview As QA Project Lead, you will manage the QA plan for a game title or major service/feature. You will be involved in functional test planning, execution, and reporting on the project under management. You will also be involved in process improvement plans, improving quality levels, and utilizing data and indicators to drive decisions and execution.

Responsibilities:

- QA team management including planning, execution, and reporting
- Bug tracking and comprehensive reporting for projects
- Quality metrics measurement to anticipate issues affecting game health
- Daily engagement with team members to resolve concerns quickly
- Monitor and improve QA processes with feedback and optimization
- Identify risks and escalate concerns to management when needed
- Collaborate with Game Development, Compliance, and Certification teams
- Support capacity planning, scheduling, and change requests
- Communicate issues, concerns, and successes to stakeholders





Required Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Robust experience in QA planning, execution, and reporting
- Experience with project management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) in Agile environments
- Experience in gaming industry preferred
- Console QA experience (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) is highly desirable
- Full game development lifecycle experience on shipped titles is a plus
- Familiarity with FPS games is a plus
- Experience as a vendor or outsourcing manager overseeing AAA games through the full development cycle, from concept to live service, is a plus
