About the Role

Totalsoft IT Solutions is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Manual QA Tester (Fresher / Entry-Level) to join our team. You will test web and mobile applications, write test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze product requirements, user stories, and wireframes to determine testing needs.
- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases, checklists, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, sanity, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testing across modern web browsers and mobile platforms.
- Log, document, and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots, and logs.
- Retest bug fixes and verify build stability.
- Work with engineering to clarify acceptance criteria and verify feature releases.

Requirements & Eligibility





- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (Freshers / recent graduates welcome).
- Location: Based in India and authorized to work in India.
- Core understanding of SDLC, STLC, Black-Box Testing, Boundary Value Analysis, and the Bug Life Cycle.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries for database verification.
- Familiarity with Chrome DevTools for basic debugging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for bug reporting.

Valuable to Have

- Coursework or certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB Foundation).
- Exposure to API testing tools like Postman.
