Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with expertise in RMC, concrete, and crusher operations. The candidate will be responsible for quality control of raw materials, concrete production, testing, documentation, and ensuring compliance with required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor quality of RMC, concrete, aggregates, and crusher materials.

- Conduct inspections and testing of incoming raw materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, and admixtures.

- Perform concrete tests including slump test, cube testing, and other required quality checks.

- Monitor batching plant and crusher operations to ensure consistent product quality.

- Ensure correct mix design, batching, proportioning, and material usage.

- Conduct trial mixes and assist in developing and optimizing concrete mix designs.

- Monitor aggregate gradation, moisture content, and other relevant parameters.

- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration of testing instruments.

- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Maintain QA/QC records, test reports, inspection reports, and quality documentation.

- Coordinate with production, site, laboratory, and project teams.





- Ensure compliance with applicable IS standards and project specifications.

- Conduct regular site and plant inspections.

- Support customer and third-party inspections when required.

- Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and laboratory practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RMC and concrete technology.

- Good understanding of aggregates and crusher operations.

- Knowledge of concrete mix design and testing procedures.

- Familiarity with IS codes and quality-control standards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good documentation and reporting abilities.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and site teams.

- Solid attention to detail and quality orientation.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in RMC, concrete, QA/QC, aggregates, or crusher operations is required.

- Experience in concrete testing, mix design, and RMC plant quality control will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
