About the Role

We’re seeking a smart, solution-focused, detail-driven QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our platform by supporting the design and execution of manual and automated testing processes in a team-oriented, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Debug issues reported by clients on a daily basis.

- Collaborate with QA leads to design, write, and maintain test cases and test plans.

- Execute manual testing for functional, regression, and integration scenarios.

- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure they are met.

- Assist in automation of test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress,



or similar.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to test documentation and QA reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in a QA/testing role

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- Strong grasp of software testing fundamentals and familiarity with SDLC/STLC

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Basic knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools

- Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)

- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills

- Familiarity with automation frameworks/tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)

- Exposure to Agile development practices
