We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with 2+ years of healthcare domain experience to support the testing and quality assurance of healthcare applications and systems.

Role Overview The QA Engineer will be responsible for testing healthcare applications, identifying defects, validating fixes, and ensuring the application meets functional, business, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology, along with hands-on experience in manual/automation software testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand healthcare business requirements, workflows, and application functionality.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system and UI testing.
- Re-test defects and perform regression testing after fixes.




- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate application data using SQL/MySQL queries.
- Test healthcare-related workflows, data, and business rules.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Maintain test cases, test results, defect reports, and QA documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and release activities.
- Ensure application quality before production releases.

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
- Healthcare BPO / Healthcare IT
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Medical Billing
- Claims Processing
- Eligibility & Benefits
- Prior Authorization
- Medical Coding
- Credentialing
- Provider/Patient data management
- Healthcare claims and payer workflows

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Basic experience in automation testing.
- API automation knowledge.
- Familiarity with MongoDB.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Understanding of healthcare data privacy and security practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
