Role: QA Automation Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically motivated QA Automation Trainees to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing and programming and a strong interest in building a career in Test Automation and Quality Engineering .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver .
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Perform basic API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Work with developers and QA engineers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Maintain automation scripts and testing documentation.
- Learn and work with automation frameworks such as TestNG/JUnit and Page Object Model (POM) .




- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and QA activities.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Selenium WebDriver .
- Good understanding of Core Java or Python.
- Knowledge of Manual Testing fundamentals .
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC .
- Basic knowledge of SQL .
- Understanding of test cases, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / BCA / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
- Candidates from CSE / IT / ECE / related technical backgrounds preferred.
- Candidates with academic or personal testing/automation projects are encouraged to apply.
