Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Playwright with JavaScript and experience in building and maintaining robust automation frameworks for web applications.

The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests across functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios. The candidate should also have hands-on experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for QA automation to enable continuous testing and faster, reliable deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and JavaScript.
- Create and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop reusable and maintainable automation scripts for web applications.
- Set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for QA automation.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
- Analyze automation failures, debug issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Identify gaps in test coverage and continuously improve automation strategies.
- Ensure automation suites are stable, reliable, and maintainable.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain test documentation, reports, and automation-related artifacts.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing practices and release processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript .
- Experience building and maintaining web application test automation frameworks.
- Robust experience in functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for QA automation.
- Good knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to improving automation coverage, quality, and testing processes.

Good to Have

- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Knowledge of GitHub/GitLab or similar code repositories.
- Experience with automated test reporting and dashboards.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-based CI/CD environments.
